This antique casket ring box is a 19th-century little jewel in Bohemian crystal of a happy cerulean azure color, entirely hand cut and hand engraved, overlayed in clear crystal, Work of Art for the extensive skillful decor on such small surfaces, with animals, a rabbit, deers in landscapes, and scroll foliage even on the bottom, of the highest quality with extraordinarily detailed scenes, cut corners. The lid is highlighted with a gilt brass mount with a delightfully hand-chased hinge. Overall very good condition, with only some wear on the corners consistent with age.
